MANILA, Philippines - (UPDATED) The Philippines' Homeless World Cup team bounced back from their opening day loss against Slovenia by winning their 2nd game of the tournament.

Team Philippines conquered Ghana, 3-2, to improve their record to 1-1.
"Today, we adjusted to our game," said coach Rudy del Rosario in an interview with ANC. "Yesterday, we were trying to play the way Slovenia was playing."
Del Rosario said that the Filipino athletes controlled both halves of the match in their game against Ghana.
Team Philippines is grouped with Ghana, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United States in Group H of the tournament.
They are set to face the US team later today.
"This afternoon is gonna be tough," del Rosario said, adding that the US team had defeated Ghana 6-3 in the first day of the tournament.
The teams in the Homeless World Cup play 14-minute matches, with 7 minutes per half.
